But call me J. When I had my daughter I was so incredibly infatuated with her. The smell of the wrinkles of her neck, the light in her eyes when I walked into a room, and the softness of her skin nestled into my chest. I wanted to keep these moments forever.

 

I wanted every moment and milestone captured, and more importantly, I wanted it to be captured by me. I so desperately yearned to remember our days together, the way her curls fell across her face, her tiny fingers picking wild flowers in an empty filed, and her eyes shining as big as her personality.

 

I wanted to be taken back to a specific moment in time. A moment to reminisce, to feel warmth in my heart, and to find the beauty throughout the chaos. It’s my privilege to tell your story in this season - just the way you are.
